Bought 2 for my mmedia system so I could chuck out the steadily worsening 100Mb switches. Fast hassle free delivery, packaging was 1st class.. and BOOMM!! No hassle install. Been running rock-solid stable for 3 weeks no issues whatsoever. These run cool to the touch, (gone are the days of winter heating from network switches oh how I love ARM.. bring on ARM desktops). This router was to supplement ports of the abck of my home wifi router. I had two NAS devices synchronising terrabytes of data no problem. However I was experiencing latency/continuous connectivity issues on an online game, and connectivity issues to one of the NAS devices VPN server.

Randomly, I replugged my computer dierctly to wifi router (or used wifi) realising it fix the game connection issue a few weeks back, but was experiencing several times throughout the day drops in the VPN, causing my work software to fail.

TLDR; Worked fine for file transfer and things generally maintaining a local network connection, but for constant and real time connections, this was the cause of drops between devices and not to be used if you need this kind of connectivity.

Thanks to the team at PBtech for their advice, they saved me from buying a Ethernet splitter that would not have done the job.

When it's working, this switch is good, but after a week of constant use it randomly started dropping out and requiring a full reset to restore functionality.
