I can't find any fault with the torch. With it, I can now see every detail at the bottom of my 2.5m deep water tank. The battery has to be removed to charge it, but would the torch be waterproof at 2m if the port was on the outside? I can't find any fault with the torch. Goes very bright on highest setting but gets very hot almost immediately so wouldn't recommend using highest setting for long. I wanted a torch which I can use for camping and the Fenix TK16 V2.0 was recommended by many youtubers who've tested a load of torches. Don't regret buying this with my first paycheck and am looking forward to using it outdoors. Main two things I love about it are the build quality and light quality, the torch itself is made to a very high standard, feeling solid in the hand and durable when used. The led produces a very clear beam which is tight and of a great cool colour, there is a decently sized area around the beam which is also lit but not so much that it blinds the user. Bought this model after a lot of research and of course googling and YouTube surfing. Great torch. Uber brilliant pure white light and battery has a surprisingly long life span. Buttons on the rear intuitive and easy to use one handed. Strobe mode is literally blinding. Mates very impressed and blows their torches out of the water. Highly recommended. I love how it’s so compact yet so powerful. It’s build quality is pretty good and I love how I can choose how bright I want it to be. To sum it up, no buyer’s remorse an I’d buy it again. The features and the description are what we got. Really great product. Took me awhile to compare with other tactical flashlights. I would have given 5 stars if we didn't need to take the battery out the flashlight to charge it. I am now strongly considering at getting another Fenix flashlight with onboard charging. My only regret is not waiting for the Easter Sale. I bought it for my daughter who have night classes. If I waited for 2 weeks, I would have got the discounted price. The torch is quite small and therefore gets a bit hot around the lens but it is extremely bright on max power. It gets warm on the low and medium power too but nowhere near as hot as max power. I don't know if the heat will cause eventual harm to the battery but I think the idea is to reserve the max power for short periods of time and use a lower power most of the time. It works for me using it this way. It isn't cheap and the battery screw on cap has a very fine thread which requires patience ton screw on. This is a great wee torch.
