The MTA Robotics Numbers and Letters Mat combines two of our most popular robotics mats into one! The mat measures 100 x 100cm and features a 6x6 grid, each grid measuring 15x15 cm. The mat is designed for use with Bee-Bots, Blue-Bots or Cubetto, which all move in 15cm steps.
Practise moving your robot from 1 to 10, or from A to Z. Let your robot spell your name, or move around the vowels in the least amount of steps. The colourful grid can also be used, by letting your robot move around the mat to every yellow square in the least amount of steps. Why not let your robot move to every number on the mat, but having to avoid vowels? There are plenty of game opportunities to use this mat over and over again, while increasing the difficulty as young students get more confident in controlling their robots and proficient in the numbers and letters recognition.
