Seems to work ok but all the power outlets are positioned inwards so if your power cords include a “wall wart” or dc brick, common on routers and so forth, you can only use half of the ports on the unit. The only way you can use all the ports is with standard plugs that don’t have jackets or overlap. Competing product from APC has sockets that face outwards so you can utilize all ports. I bought 2 of these, one for the lounge and one for the bedroom. I have a PS5 and 55" TV running on the one in the lounge and a CPAP machine, digital clock and light for the bedroom. Both units have worked flawlessly whenever there has been a power outage, supporting the load till I can power down the devices normally or until the power comes on. They work great for power flicks too. I have not had any issues with plugs fitting like others. I guess it comes down to how much and what type of load you want to put on them. Does exactly what we need it to do and with a second in place we can be sure we maintain internet and have time to back everything up even during the occasional outage we have rurally. Quiet and efficient. Does what it is meant to do - I have not had it long nor tested a full outage, but had the electrician out doing other work and switching all circuits on and off, my PC, router and modem all stayed running and connected, so that's sweet.
