Upgrading from the performance of a 3060 ti was NOT an easy task over the last few years, and the pricing tier for performance had a gap that the 9060 XT fills.
A builder who likes to upgrade and build up a seller, this GPU replaces the 3060 ti well. Wanted more RAM for future proofing and pleasabtly surprised by the FPS and quality gains this card could achieve in 2K on the Car Sim apps...., (i.e. AC (Pure-Modded), ACC, AC EVO (a newer title which gave the best upgrade results btw...... could add alot of nice serttings). Would say an average of 15-30fps gains over the 3060 ti, so that was good.

Newer versions of all the fancies and trickery (DLSS/FSR/Frame Generation, all that good stuff), I was quite pleasantly surprised and getting used to the new options in the Radeon s/ware after Nvidia'ng it for a few years, that the FSR and EVEN the frame-gen stuff was better and more useable, (i.e. not alot of latency), than I would have expected and yes, at a push could be used. Anomolies like CyberPunk benching waaay better in 2K with all the fancy techniques off!!
Older titles are also tapping on the edge of 4K playability and may or may not need the technique for the driver to Upsample from rendered 2K, (was just trying things out using Tombraider as a bencher), anda again pleasantly surprised by the image quality and performance of, "newer and updated", techniques.
Another title that went better in 2K without the fancy FSR etc on was RDR2, so this card seems to have Native grunt whcih works well in newer games and all the options to trade off on whatever Res and FPS you are looking for. RDR2 LOVED Vulkan mode and just ate the benchmark :-)
It's the best Price v Performance ratio to buy at the moment I'd say, and the Radeon drivers and all the FSR, FG, Supersampling stuff seem to be working very well. Plenty of options to get a game running just how you want it.

I don't really care if I'm getting only 30 FPS whilst playing CyberPunk... BUT I'm playing it at 4K Ultra baby!!!! 16GB + FSR4 FTW!!!

It's cheap, has 16GB of VRAM, and has RGB! Only cons is that it only has 3 output.
