The DJI Care Refresh provides you with peace of mind, covering damage to your Neo. DJI Care Refresh is valid for one year and offers up to two full replacements at an additional charge if accidental damage occurs to your airframe, gimbal, propellers, and battery during normal use. This includes damage via water, user error, collision, drops, and signal interference. Each time you request a replacement, you'll receive a drone that is new or equivalent-to-new in performance and reliability.

Comprehensive Protection
For an additional charge, DJI Care Refresh offers up to two replacement Neo units. The replacements will be in new or as-new condition in terms of performance and reliability.
Please Note:
DJI Care Refresh can be bound to your DJI product when it meets one of the following criteria:
1) Brand new and un-activated product
2) Aircraft or gimbal activated within the last 48 hours. (DJI Care must be bound to your DJI product within 48 hours of activating the DJI product.)
3) Handheld device activated within the last 30 days.
Each time you request a replacement, you'll receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
Note: Must be purchased with new aircraft/gimbal camera. Customer information will be relayed to DJI for activation. DJI will email customer to confirm registration once processed.
DJI Warranty Information
Manufacturer's warranty for DJI products may vary depending on the part under question, batteries have 3-6 months manufacturer's warranty while the remote control might have 12 months manufacturer's warranty. More information can be found on the DJI website.
