Can I swap out parts and/or add/change/remove operating systems in a PB Tech PC?
We can add any part to a PC for a small fee as long as we don't need to remove an existing part for it to fit, for example adding more RAM, an extra hard drive, installing a Windows OS, or adding a graphics card to a PC without one (we can even SLI/Crossfire for you if it is compatible). We cannot change components that are part of an existing build e.g. Upgrade an existing graphics card or add a SSD with Windows installed if the PC only has a single hard drive (as the OS is already pre-installed). If you do have a specific requirement, then one of our experienced sales team will be happy to build a system that suits your needs.

My first Mac computer after like 15 years. Got this because my Windows laptop was struggling with Lightroom with my Fuji camera files. Really happy with the performace so far. One thing to note however is that, if you're planning to boot with a external drive, save yourself a lot of headaches and don't.
Bang for the buck purchase during Black Friday Sale!
Read up and watched a lot of reviews on the Mac mini M4 chip before purchasing. No regrets whatsoever! Instead of a laptop, I have a portable Mac wherever I go that packs a punch! I never encountered any issues so far and looking forward to using this for the long haul.
Speed and Simplicity in One Compact Package
I recently upgraded to the Mac Mini M4 and I’m really impressed. Right out of the box, it feels slick and instant. boot-up times are minimal and switching between apps is seamless. Tasks that used to slow me down on other machines like rendering videos or working with large files are handled with ease.
What stands out most is how easy to use it is. The setup was practically plug-and-play, the interface is intuitive, and everything just feels well-polished. I haven’t had to fight with anything like no lag, no crashes, nothing cumbersome.

Dollar for dollar, pound for pound, this machine is epic.
small but powerful
I have had only good experiences with the Mac mini. It is very responsive and super quick. It handles multi-tasking very well. It’s even got a built-in speaker. It’s just packed full of features. I use it with the two screens and work and can highly recommend it.
Great value for money
Compared quite a few options before settling on the Mac Mini and this particular spec. Setup within 10 mins and has been perfect for day to day work and some more intensives tasks too. Small form factor is a big plus.
The power button being on the bottom is mildly annoying. But overall very happy with it after the few weeks of use.
Significant improvement and great price point
Did not expect this to be light years ahead of the Mac it was replacing, matches well with thunderbolt compatible external SSD
Great little device
I've been really impressed with the Mac Mini overall. For such a compact device, it packs a serious punch in terms of performance. It handles everything I throw at it with ease, and the small footprint means it fits perfectly on my desk without taking up much space.

Perfect replacement
My 15 year old MacBook Air took its final breath so this was the replacement. As I work from home didn’t want another laptop. This device seemlessly link to everything. Couldn’t be happier with it.

This is my 4th Mac computer since 1986 and def the smallest one yet, and blows my mind how much computing power is in such a tiny box, I actually laughed when I opened up the box as it fits in the palm of my hand....how far tech has come in 40 years!
