Cruxtec 1m USB-C to DisplayPort 1.2 Cable - 4K / 60Hz

I have a MacBook Air M2 and an LG UltraGear GL850 monitor which supports 1440p@144hz with FreeSync and HDR.

This DisplayPort v1.2 cable fully supports all the above features all at the same time.

For me, 1 meter is long enough to run the cable directly from the monitor to my laptop on the same desk, with enough slack left over that it's not a concern.

I jiggled the USB-C end of the cable in my laptop and it didn't drop a signal, which is a problem I've seen in reviews for other products like this.

I had to return this product. It's listed as supporting 4K/60Hz but when I connected it to my monitor, it works only when I put it as 60Hz interlaced. The monitor supports 1920x1080 pixel at 75Hz, but setting at that rate will leave the monitor blank. I replaced the cable with a converter (HDMI to USB-C) and use the HDMI cable that comes with the monitor. I had to return this product. Could have bought for cheaper on AliExpress, but (a) delivery would have been weeks, (b) price would have been cheaper (c) quality would be uncertain and (d) couldn't return it if it was wrong.
