Made a noticeable difference to the home network along with a new modem. Upgraded cables from 5e (yea I know Cat7 is overkill but future proofing to a degree) and with everyone streaming and gaming in the house connections have been more stable and can now get the full potential out of the current fibre that's available in our area Made a noticeable difference to the home network along with a new modem. While CAT 7 isn't a true standard and nor is it particularly necessary, I do appreciate that a shielded cable might help a little when using this with your TV or game console as it will take in and give off less interference. The cable is stiff, but makes it easier to manage in some ways. I do like that it is black and blends in with other cable rather than the more common blue or yellow coloured ones. I've only tested with gigabit and works perfectly well for that. Purchased one to rebuild the home network. The cable is flexible enough to nicely shape all the corners, but sturdy enough not to hang between the clips.
