There is a huge delay from when it detects motion and alerts you to someone being at your door. By the time they are gone it finally alerts you and shows up in the app. Also when they ring the doorbell there is a delay and people don't like to hang around. I highly recommend this product. I had an Aqara doorbell before which relied on AA batteries to power it. This was not great because you had to by rechargeable AA batteries which took a whole day to charge and went flat every 2-3 weeks. The Arlo has stood the test of time still holding 50% battery after 4 weeks and is USB C rechargeable. Great user friendly interface and works with my Arlo cameras. When doorbell is rung is calls your phone directly to all you to immediately answer the video and audio feed. It offers a voicemail option after 20sec of not answering and connects to Alexa so we don’t need a chime with it I highly recommend this product.
