I've used a lot of cage nuts. A LOT. These ones aren't bad, and in terms of cage nuts, that's good. No unnecessarily jaggy edges, the cage tension is just right so they don't slop around in the hole, the nuts themselves didn't bind up on the "screw"/bolt threads, and the tolerances were good enough so they could be finger-tightened all the way in before switching to a tool to tighten. Are they your average cage nut? Perhaps, but the important thing is each one is consistently not bad, and that makes them good. It also helps being able to pick a colour for aesthetic purposes - because some of us *are* that picky. I've used a lot of cage nuts. A LOT. Keep a supply in your toolbox (or small parts box) and when you next need to rack mount a piece of equipment, there's no need to go to PB Tech or wait for a delivery, they'll be right there. I bought a rack mount power strip that did not include cage nuts and screws so I bought these separately. The Dynamix product works well, and the packaging is resealable so you can keep the rest for your next project. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of these cage nuts. Easy to insert (and remove when I put them in the wrong hole). They hold the equipment securely.
