these hold firm and have a range of changeable bud sizes, the ambient aware and talk through are extremely average but i did not buy these for that. I have found these great for working in the garden. My previous buds would work their way out. Easy to take phone calls and listen to music and audiobooks.

Upgraded from the JBL Endurance Race to these and once I got used to the earhook these are extremely comfortable. Very nice that they turn off when the earhook is touching the bus. Using in the gym and out for runs/walks and no issues. Sounds nice and the EQ in the app works well. Noise cancelling is good for in ear earbuds. The sound quality is good, as I mentioned, but there's just not enough oomph there. There is an app you can use to customise a basic equaliser which is adequate, but it's very simple in function (not that you should really need loads of bells and whistles for ear buds). Because the sound can only go so loud, I've found these to be a bit hit-and-miss for cycling, with wind rushing past it can drown the sound a little. Not so ideal if you live in Wellington or Dunedin, for example. I've also found the touch sensitivity to be a little too eager at times, so I've been a little careful with how I hold them or adjust their fit.

Overall though, these are really good value for money. They're well-constructed, durable, the case isn't obnoxiously large (approximately half the length of a typical glasses case) and the battery life is a definite positive.

They were cheaper, They are better.Good sound More comfortable, I like the way they stop when I take them out of my ears, and I prefer the smaller charging case. Excellent value for money product. Fits perfectly and the hooks hold them in place. Sound quality exceeded my expectation. I believe they are waterproof but not sure, had them on in rain and still works perfectly. The only downside is a bigger carry case as compared to other earbuds, but nothing major. Finally had to replace my JBL sport corded ear buds, after many years. So glad I did! Great sound (little bassy for podcasts and audiobooks) but with an equaliser on the app that's easy to counter.
