If you are a Linux user, make sure the output is set to S/PDIF and not analogue.

The reviews for this are all for the Wireless version. The Wired version has NO noise cancelling, and this headset should be avoided in any office environment. It is worst JBL I have used.
Its mic will ditch you any moment and you won’t even know. Only thing you will hear after sometime is your teammates screaming your name on calls.
Its very frustrating and embarrassing.
Initially I thought its issue with my laptop. I have used it with 4 different machines. Same issue.
Initially it was less frequent issue but later on it started happening every 15-20 mins.
Pbtech has given replacement but the replacement had the same issue. Now PBtech and JbL are saying its out of warranty even though I got this replaced one only 2 weeks back.

If your replaced product has the same fault then you should atleast refund.
Its a bad product from JBL and bad service from both PBTECH and JBL.

The dongle sticks out of your PC and is quite easy to break. No spare parts available, JBL could only offer a discount (30%) off an entire new headset.

The quality of sound is really good but the microphone gets in the way and your only option its to pull it out as you cant fold it up nice and tidy. Battery life is good. The mute button is in an annoying place as you always put mute on when picking them up and placing on your head. Over all happy with the product given it's a pretty reasonable price. lt would be nice if they came with a stand. Wireless range is pathetic - just part of a room assuming you're facing the right way
Keeps stopping (losing sound) and restarting while running.
Starts complaining if there is no audio signal for a few minutes .
