Sennheiser IE 200 Wired In-Ear Monitor Headphones - Black

I wanted some new wired small headphones for on the go. Although I wasn't looking to spend quite so much on such tiny headphones, I very quickly became glad I bought them.
For such tiny headphones, these are fantastic.
I compared them to my third gen Apple earpods and wow... These IE 200s have a more detailed sound with better bass. Actually made me wish I had never bought my earpods Gen3 earlier this year...

Being used to the earpods, I initially found these rather uncomfortable and it was weird being tethered so closely to my device (oh the joys of putting my iPad down and just wandering off) but after a few days, that mostly faded.

Depending on the choice of ear tips, these can have a solid level of blocking out external sound too.

I use a set of Sennheiser HD600 headphones for mixing audio. Compared to them, the IE 200s feel only a little less neutral and sometimes feel like they favour the bass more, but I am pleasantly surprised by how close they come in quality and richness of sound.
Overall, very happy with these.

A very good set of IEM's, Definitely need to be "listened in" for a couple of hours. They come with a variety of ear adapters which is good - these not only affect comfort, but a good fit brings out the best sound. They are very critical of the quality of input signal, so I opt for Apple Music with its Lossless and High Definition Lossless rather than some of the other lossy streaming services, with soundcheck off and the equalizer on flat. A very good set of IEM's, Definitely need to be "listened in" for a couple of hours. My only issue is the price, almost 200 dollars for in ears is pretty steep but the sound and the build quality is almost worth it. My BLON BL-MAX in ears recently started cracking a lot, replaced the cable and still had the issue. Decided why not get a new pair to replace them instead, decided to grab some of these as i've had a great experience with sennheiser products in the past.
The fit is perfect, came with a bunch of different sized ear plugs so I was able to find the perfect fit for each ear and the flexible behind the ear piece is great as you can decide how tight or loose you want it fitting.
