I accidentally bought this one instead of the 1440p version. The MSI center app allows you to control the gamma, brightness, contrast, etc. So you can customize the screen however you want. The 240Hz makes FPS games extremely smooth and since the screen is huge its easy to see where your aiming which kind-of unfair for your opponents. Its got fast response times too. However I don't like the fact that this is priced the same as the 1440p counterpart, I would prefer this to be a IPS not a VA, at most this monitor should be $350 as it is 1080p after all. I found that my PC isn't even powerful enough to overclock this monitors hz/framerate on Assetto Corsa Competizione. I run it at 240hz on Assetto Corsa competizione, and find myself getting an average of 160fps, and depending on in game things it drops down to 100fps in extreme cases, but usually no lower then 120fps, (on public servers in races - the full works). However keep in mind that Assetto Corsa is a full blown Sim and that it is my pc's fault for not living up to the specs of this monitor. (because it's spending all its brain power on the game and less so generating frames, so the simpler the game, the more frames you get etc.)
Going from a 60hz tv to this monitor has drastically improved my pace in-game, and my consistency. I went from doing 1:34.000/1:36.000+ min laps on Zolder, to consistently doing 1:32.4/3 laps and even a couple 1:31s. The biggest change was the smoothness and how consistent my frames were, it made all the difference, the monitor made it significantly easier for me to focus on driving rather then predicting how things would go due to a lack of frames. if that makes sense...

I run this on my PC which is a Ryzen 5 5600x, and RX 6500XT (4.096 gb), 16 gb of ddr4 ram. it isn't by any means a great PC, but it is good enough for what I'm using it for, I have a second monitor, some dell thing that saps a lot of frames, so if I ran single screen I would get even more performance.

Little details:
The product itself is amazing, its native hz is 240 (something not mentioned in the product details), and you can put it at 59.97hz 60hz 99.97hz 100hz 144hz and 165hz as well. It works with AMD's freesync, for some reason - probably because it has apadtive sync and they're essentially the same thing just under different brands.

Additionally the screen size is great, I had originally wanted something lager, preferably a 34". However there was nothing of these specs and 1080p other than the out of stock G3. For simracing 32" is certainly enough in my experience with this monitor. BUT definitely the minimum. a dual screen setup with these monitors would be elite.

Arrived SO quickly, the curve is subtle which I like. I use it to edit videos and play games and it works well for both, there’s no distortion. Refresh rate is really good too.
