Harder to install the other glass screen portector brands by far. When it is finally installed without air gaps the screen is much less responsive than before. I needed to upgrade my old Samsung phone as it won't be compatible once 3G is done away with. Hubby had recently purchased the A16 phone so I had a good play with his and decided that this was the phone for me.

I'm stoked with the size of the screen, it's much bigger than my old phone. I'm not horribly techno, but the phone is very intuitive and very easy to use. I am VERY impressed with the camera, both for stills and videos. I'm still learning some of the things it can do, it's cleverer than I am!
