Was great and relieved pressure in my hand. But buttons are failing after 2 years. Looks to be a common issue, and recommended fix didn't work.

I work a desk job and using this mouse instead of my usual non-ergonomic mice has done wonders to improve my arm and wrist pain. If you suffer from similar issues then I would highly recommend trying out an ergonomic mouse.

This was a purchase to reduce the strain on my hand when using my mouse, and it worked. The store worker reminded me that it takes a few days to get used to the vertical-style mouse, but honestly, I just found it easy from the first time I used it. It is a great mouse for dealing with any kind of wrist pain or injury. Very comfortable and easy to use. The only trouble is after about 2 years the right-button microswitch started going flaky. I found out that it's a common problem, of course it doesn't show up until after the warranty has expired. So I bought a replacement because there is no comparable product out there. I have had a similar experience with other Logitech products. For this reason I don't thing Logitech takes corporate responsibility seriously. We need to move towards making products repairable and limiting landfill. Good product that works as expected. It is too early to tell if this has solved my wrist problem, but possibly not because I am still resting my palm on the desk.

I've had this 2 weeks now, unfortunetly not as comfortable as the $20 one I had (which stopped working out of nowhere)

Excellent mouse. Probably the best vertical mouse I've tried. However, after a few years now the buttons are faulty, often registering clicks as double clicks... it has had heavy use in its time, but was hoping it would last a little longer, especially given its price.
