This mouse is excellent if you rest your forearm or elbow on the desk, but less so if your anchor point to the desk is your wrist -- since it's a vertical mouse, the weight of your arm will be resting on one wrist bone instead of the usual two, so make sure your forearm is on the desk. Was great and relieved pressure in my hand. But buttons are failing after 2 years. Looks to be a common issue, and recommended fix didn't work.

I bought this mouse because my previous mouse was broken. It perfectly fits my hands has the experience was amazing. I really like this mouse, its comfortable to use and haven't had issues with it - until recently. Bought this mouse about 18 months ago and now am having issues with the left mouse button. Seems to be a common issue and doesn't have an easy fix. A real shame that I'm going to have to buy a new mouse when I was still enjoying this one. I was unsure about the vertical mouse so I first bought a cheap copy from Ali.....it's easy to get used to and after only a few days I liked the vertical better. The Logitech is way better than the cheap copy of course. Disappointing and I'm a fan of the MX range. This replaces my HP vertical mouse bought by mistake and is superior in every way except the handling when you need to pick it up. It's so hard to hold with the weird texture making it slip out of my hand unless I strongly grip it. The solution seems to be to make it more sensitive which is OK I guess but could have been solved by not coating the mouse in this material and providing small indents to provide some purchase. This is the second Logitech MX Vertical Mouse I have bought. The mouse is excellent design and very comfortable to use. The problem is that the right button developed an intermittent fault which got worse over time. Google tells me this is a common problem with this model of mouse. As an owner of the beloved 3S, which is a very nice and quiet. Despite this, I was having some wrist problems, so I wanted to try a vertical. This one has the "normal" click sound. I ended up returning it for the Lift version, but I had no problems with this one. Nice product. The MX Vertical has a rechargeable battery, which I would have preferred. In the end, I had to go with the one that wouldn't drive me crazy with click sounds now that I've been used to not having them. If you like the more tactile, nothing but good things to say about this product. Just confusing that the MX Master 3S is silent, but this MX Vertical is not.
