Logitech MX Vertical Advanced Ergonomic Wireless Mouse

It was weird to get used to but now that I've been using it for a few weeks at work my normal mouse at home feels odd. Previously I was getting RSI in my wrist and hand but now it appears to have stopped. All in all it''s a nice mouse to use and feels good for long periods of time. However, it would be nice if there was a pinky finger rest.

Good size for large hands. It's great having the flexibility to use it wireless or connected to the charging cable. Has eliminated the pain I used to have with a conventional mouse. Highly recommend. Once you get over the unusual design and hand positioning you realise how much more natural and comfortable this mouse is.
Integrating with a Mac was mostly painless, apart from MacOs incorrectly recognising it as a new keyboard before being

Once you download the Logitech Options and install it in systems prefs the MX Vertical behaves as expected.

Expensive but given the long hours spent at my workstation, worth it for the reduction in my shoulder and wrist pain.
The only downside is its odd surface material. Rubbery on the thumb side (left hand) which is good but a smooth matte on the index etc. finger side, which feels vague and 'disconnected'. Not a biggie, but a noticeable annoyance.

A really comfortable mouse to use for basic computer work. I does not have a lot of programmable options unlike my Logitech MX Master 25 but unless you must have those features this Vertical Mouse is an excellent way to go particularly should you have any mobility or fatigue problems with your hand or wrist at the end of a long period of work. I bought this mouse to combat muscle strain in my wrist and arm - so far it works brilliantly. Bluetooth button underneath makes it easy to switch between up to 3 different computers. I am a power PC user, and spend 6-8 hours with my mouse and keyboard every day (no gaming).
So a good "ergonomic" mouse is important to me - I have several of them.
The Logitech MX vertical mouse is not cheap, it looks and feels unusual at first, and it takes a while to get used to.
After a couple of days, I found it easier to use than my previous favorite (the excellent Microsoft Sculpt ergonomic mouse).
Definitely recommended if you are a heavy mouse user - specially if you have wrist/RSI problems.

It looks impressive but after unboxing it my first impression was "cheap!". It does hold true for the whole mouse though. The left side of it and bottom grip is nice but the top, scroll wheel and buttons appears to be from something I'd expect from a $2 store. My old Logitec M185 is of better quality. Aside from that I love the concept. It's REALLY comfortable and the angle is just perfect. Only problem is that I find it too big. When it comes to ergonomic mice I always have to get the small size if available. My thumb just reaches the back button and does not even come close to forward button.

This mouse is awesome for people with arthritis issues in their wrists and hands. I have found it amazing to use. Scroll wheel unreliable and flakey: I returned one sample, new one gave similar problems but quite so bad. At times the scroll wheel stops responding. My work-around is to turn it off and on. You can see from the pics it's not vertical as stated in the title. It's cantered over at 57 degrees..um ..thats not vertical a. 90 degrees is vertical! I bought a similar mouse and it didn't resolve my hand/wrist/forearm issues because you still have to use your muscles to hold your hand over at 57 degrees. If you place your hand and forearm on a flat surface, thumb up, whilst seated and relax it completely the natural axis through your hand is 90 degrees to the horizontal or more not 57 degrees.
