This universal laptop powersupply for a car cigarette socket has worked well so far occasional charging for my HP laptop. Model 15-DA1058DX which uses a 65W supply normally. I think this charger is a 100W. Best as I can figure out it is the amount of power that can be drawn from the charger not necessarily the amount pushed into the computer so I figured it should be ok. (However use at your own risk I'm not a professional) You need to check the specs to make sure it matches your normal power supply and that they have a plug that fits your model. Don't start your car with the unit still plugged in as might cause surges and damage your gear.

The power supply is very small and light, and doesn't get overly hot during operation.

I'm a big fan of PBTech and they've been fantastic to work with over the years. This review is solely about this product. We really wanted this to be able to use/charge laptops for remote work directly from 12v car ports without the need/higher power draw of using an A/C inverter in the vehicles. Even though the kit provided the correct adapter plugs for our laptops it would not charge. Tested on an old HP Mini and a recent purchase of Lenovo Legion 5 15ITH6 (with 2x thunderbolt ports). We got the charger replaced by another that got shipped from Wellington, but it was the same issue it just would not charge. I got this thing to power my i3 intel NUC off my Ubiquiti Solarpoint via 24VDC. It does this no problem and seems to be pretty efficient as it does not get warm at around 24watts load. The charger seems nicely made with good fit and finish and looks to have a reasonably good build quality. I'd recommend one of these if you were needing something similar.
