KFD 100W USB-C Laptop Power Adapter/PD Charger Compatible with MacBook Air/Pro, Asus, Acer, Lenovo, HP, Dell, Toshiba and Tablets - Black

Seems to work well with my personal laptop, the MacBook Air M1 2020, and my work laptop, the Microsoft Surface Book 3. I had to get this 100 watt adapter because of the Surface Book's large power requirements. It could be constructed out of tougher plastics for the price, it does feel a bit cheap, however the braided cable is a nice touch. I have it running off a surge-protected power strip just in case as it doesn't clearly list all of the protection features. I can confirm that it works through a power delivery compatible dock. This charger works fine, however, because of its size and shape it tends to droop out of the wall socket. not really a deal breaker, except when used in a busy home like ours if it gets bumped it can come out to prevent charging and easily goes unnoticed. I was told that a KFD Universal Power Adaptor was fine for my MacBook Pro, as the University branch did not have any Apple adaptors. Well, the first KFD one snapped off at the connection DURING LOCKDOWN, but could also have happened previously when I was offshore. I ordered a replacement online that worked for a couple of months, developed intermittent faults, and then stopped working altogther. Now I have a proper Apple adaptor. I needed a spare power adapter for my Zenbook (for my home office). It is slightly heavier than the original one, but still weighs only 230 g. Highly recommended.
