Bambu Lab A1 Mini FDM 3D Printer

I was needing a quick short term backup for an existing p1s end printer while I waiting for parts (first repair after many years of a lot of use). I didn’t expect that much from this little printer, but knowing it’s Bambu lab I knew it would be good. But I was so wrong! The little a1 mini is amazing. With pla (which I primarily use) I can’t see any quality differences or noticeable speed differences. The small building plate isn’t really much of a limitation, most prints I do is well in this. It’s so good I haven’t actually assemble my p1s with its repair parts yet… and.

This product worked as intended, cannot fault it it just does its job, all I wanted to do was to 3d print my 3d models and it works, tbh kinda wish i got better colours of filament though. I was pleasantly surprised just how good the A1 mini is , from unboxing and setting up then printing from Bambu studio only took me 45mins

Thoroughly recommend for anyone venturing into 3D printing to start here. The quality of the prints far outweighs my Creality Ender3 v3 p. Speed is the same too. It’s been fabulous for doing my small prints, freeing up my bigger printer for the big jobs.

Had this printer for nearly a month and is fantastic!. Never done 3D printing before now and knew nothing about it, but easy to get going straight out of the box and plenty of free files to download in Bambu studio to get started. In the short time I've owned it I have even learned how to design a few practical things which turned out great! Get into it, you won't regret it. Got the Bambu Lab A1 Mini after watching some yt vids, and its my first 3d printer ever. Super easy two use, didnt need all that calibration stuff before printing. I was printing in like minutes.

Even my kids got into it, they printed a few toys already and had a blast. Print quality looks really nice, way better than I expected for a first try.

Yeah it's literally what the description says. I'm not very bright and easily managed to get this thing going. Now that i got a little bit of experience with printing at a cheap price, im going to buy the A1 cause the A1 mini as the name says 'mini', the bed is pretty small so you can't make big stuff which is what i want to do but if you are not trying to make something big then the A1 Mini will be the only printer you need to buy. Amazing little first printer for me to test my 3d models. Due to a small adhesion problem it went out of action for a short time but due to the fabulous customer support they fixed it and are sending it back to me to continue making cool inventions. A great first printer, takes almost no time to set up and once setup printing is smooth sailing. Haven't had any issues with print failures (yet) and the print quality is amazing, even with the default 0.4mm nozzle. Was on back order when I ordered and was estimated 2-3 weeks for shipping but arrived within the week.

It was a shame that they put up a promotion of a free roll of filament a day after my purchase and the printer was back in stock.
But other than that its definitely worth a purchase if you want to get into 3d printing or just want a printer that just works.
