The S880DB MKII, a revamped successor to the S880DB, features complete upgrades across its acoustic architecture, electronic circuitry, user interface, and design, delivering an even more authentic Hi-Fi experience.
Hi-Fi Acoustic Architecture
Both the tweeter and mid-bass units have been upgraded. The tweeter now features a 1.25-inch titanium dome (up from 1 inch), with a voice coil diameter increased to 25mm (from 19mm), and neodymium magnets, delivering crystal-clear and transparent highs. The redesigned 3.75-inch mid-bass driver enhances mid-range clarity and extends bass down to 50Hz, providing a more solid and balanced sound.

The S880DB MKII is equipped with high-performance chipsets from Texas Instruments and XMOS XU216, ensuring top-tier digital audio processing. Good Speakers
Good speakers - perfect for our small living area. Nice full sound. Only seem to like connecting to one source - have to be switched off & on to change source? Can’t get the remote puck to work at all -complete waste of time - by the threads online, we’re not the only ones ? wondering if there’s some secret? Next time in Chch will pop into PB to ask
Awesome sound with great functionality
I brought with the intended use of just blue tooth music and vinyl records, the added bonus of being able to Bluetooth these to by smart TV means that I have these going every day, I get great sound and I am easily able to adjust the bass and treble for when I really want to maximize the sound.
Value for money and I am happy with my selection
Great sound
I love these speakers, they sound great, I added the T5 subwoofer and it blows you away. LDAC Bluetooth sound good, but even better when linked up with a WIIM. I'd thoroughly reccomend these speakers.
Really Good
Needed to replace my little studio monitors and these looked to be the goods... They were better than I thought - sound from lossless sources even via Bluetooth is fantastic. Range of inputs is great too and the remote better than the novelty I thought it might be.
