very disappointed in accuracy and over all performance
sleep- will start up to 2 hours before I'm actually asleep (awake time was pretty close)
steps- not even close, I tested multiple times doing the same workout (stair master or treadmill on the same speed for same time and would get a 2000-3000 step difference) gave it the benefit of the doubt for the 1st few weeks while it was adjusting but 2 months later its still the same

Hopefully they can fix these issues with software updates, if not just wasted $ on a easily scratched ring

I had been researching smart rings for a while and settled on the Ultrahuman because it didn't have an ongoing subscription and had all the features I wanted, such as sleep metrics and an HR tracker. It is understandably thicker than my more feminine rings but doesn't look out of place. It is so much easier to wear at night for sleep data, and I barely notice that I'm wearing it now. I've had this ring for 1 month and highly recommend. Also DO GET THE RING SIZER KIT to make sure you get perfect size. I'm lucky I can fit on both hands and on index and pointer fingers so I have options. The data is useful to keep me on track, making sure I move during the day to hit steps, get to bed in a timely fashion to hit my sleep goals and limit caffine at night. Plus so much more. Click and collect at the store that has stock in my size was as always a simple and friendly process.

Much prefer wearing a ring as it’s so light and understated. Definitely worth purchasing, the caffeine window and sleep insights are super helpful. It also picks up if you might be becoming unwell as it tracks temperature etc. You can add on the 2 year warranty plan direct through Ultrahuman within 30 days of purchasing. I used the ring for about a week, and it started to have connection issues. Yesterday, it disconnected twice. I had to delete and redownload the app twice. Third time, I couldn't get it to connect, tried everything, still nothing. I got in touch with customer service, and they started a battery drain without telling me. Now the $700 ring is a paperweight for four days while I wait for the battery to drain. Returning it asap to buy an Oura ring instead.
