Cons:
- When mounted to the desk and fully extended, the arms are too short to raise the monitor to the recommended eye level (for good posture, I'm 6ft).
- VESA mount is not detachable so the monitor must be held up in place while attaching to the arm which is difficult. Pros:

I went into buying this arm with no desk mounting experience and found it easy to set up, just make sure the depth of you desk (above and below where you are mounting) exceeds 12cm just to be safe.
Quality for price is top notch, arms are sturdy holding my 2 27" LG Ultragear monitors and maneuvering is easy.
Once you have the arms where you want them they can be tightened to fix them in place with a covered bolt on the joint of the arm, its accessible at any position too.

Great mount, I brought two of these to set up a dual monitor stand with 2x 34" Ultra wide monitors. I rushed this purchase, unfortunately.
it turns out to be smaller than my other mount, and cannot lift the screen as high as I would like it.
but dimensions aside, the design is quite bad, there's no ready access for an Allen key to tighten and loosen the joints, you have to unscrew other parts first, or worse still, dismount the entire base clamp and get underneath it.
but once it's all set up it does the job, as well as the specs allow. I rushed this purchase, unfortunately.

Bought this a couple weeks ago for my Samsung Odyssey g7 27'' monitor. The monitor stand seems well built and high quality. However it struggles to hold my 5.5kg monitor without tilting forward regardless of how much I tighten the tilt joint. But once it's in the correct position and as long as you don't touch it/move it, it'll mostly remain in its position. So its not too bad. Absolutely disappointed with quality control of this product. The screw holes where the clamp attaches to the mount has not been died out so there is no possible way you can screw in the screws. Cannot attach any sort of clamp without tapping the holes out yourself. CHECK THE SCREWS FIT IN THE HOLES BEFORE YOU TAKE THIS PRODUCT AWAY. Very good build quality - the product is pretty solid and weighs a bit so make sure you have a steady, weighted desk, otherwise the whole desk might wobble.
Installation was pretty straightforward. The arm itself looks very sleek aesthetically. Range of motion is great and holds very steady without much bouncing around. Product is fairly easy to setup,
Using it to support 2 x AOC 24inch wide monitors and handles the weight easily
Cable management works well, only visible at the elbow but its not mad at all.
cant compare this to the normal spring operated as I have never owned one before, but this gas spring seems to works well
